The purpose of the Architectual Control Committee (ACC) is to set architectural Design Standards which will give guidance to homeowners’ improvement projects. The Design Standards also outline the process for obtaining approval for changes to a lot or home’s exterior. The ACC’s goal is to keep the community attractive and enjoyable for all, to identify areas that need improvement, and to encourage those who have kept their homes and lots in good condition to continue to do so. 

The ACC conducts lot reviews twice a year and they use the Lot Review Checklist when reviewing homes for compliance. To contact the ACC, use the  Contact Us menu on the website or submit your Project Approval Request Form to accridenour@gmail.com.
